1. Agreement to Terms

By inviting Aether to your Discord server or logging into our dashboard, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service or use the bot.

2. Use of Service

You agree not to use the bot or dashboard to:

• Violate any local, national, or international laws.
• Spam, exploit, or abuse the bot commands.
• Bypass any limitations or restrictions set on the bot features.
• Harass, threaten, or abuse other users.

3. Availability and Reliability

We strive to provide 99.9% uptime, but Aether is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties that the service will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or entirely secure. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time.

4. Virtual Economy and Levels

Any XP, levels, reputation points, or in-bot economy features earned within the bot hold no real-world value. We reserve the right to reset, modify, or remove these virtual currencies at our discretion if abuse or exploitation is detected.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, if you breach these Terms of Service or the Discord Community Guidelines. Upon termination, your right to use the bot will cease immediately.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the service following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
